For over 25 years, I have worked across a wide range of stakeholders in the advertising industry in mainly the Japanese market, and globally, including production companies, advertising agencies, mobile measurement partners (MMP), finance, and global DSP. Throughout this journey, I have witnessed many companies both grow and stagnate. What successful companies share is that they never lose sight of their destination.
